No UK pharmacy has published a confirmed Foundayo price yet, and we won't print guesses. For scale only: the US self-pay launch price was 149 to 349 dollars per month depending on dose. UK private prices are set independently by each pharmacy and may land higher or lower.

How to read Foundayo prices when they land

  • Price follows dose. With Mounjaro and Wegovy, higher maintenance doses cost more than starter doses. Expect the same ladder here: 0.8 mg, 2.5 mg, 5.5 mg, 9 mg, 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg, and budget for the dose you'll settle at, not just month one.
  • Total at checkout is the only honest number. Some pharmacies fold the consultation into the price, others add it at the end, and delivery varies. Our table will always show the figure you'd actually pay.
  • Prices move. UK GLP-1 prices shift with supply and competition, which is why every row will carry a last-checked date and we re-verify continually.
