Contact Dayo
Corrections, pricing discrepancies, provider concerns, press enquiries and pharmacy listings. Real people, a real company, a real address, all checkable on the public record.
Report a price error
Found a price on Dayo that does not match the provider's checkout? Tell us the provider, the page and what you actually saw. Reader reports are the fastest way errors get caught, and we act on them.
Raise a provider concern
Conflicting pharmacy address, unclear dispensing arrangement, unexpected subscription term or anything that does not add up? Include supporting evidence and we will review it manually, restricting the listing while significant concerns are investigated.
Pharmacies and press
Pharmacies wanting to be considered for listing should expect our full verification process, which cannot be bypassed or purchased. Journalists are welcome to get in touch about our methodology or findings.
How to reach us
Dayo is operated by Medstack Ltd, which runs contact for the whole network through a single route so nothing gets lost between four sites. Use the Medstack contact form on Monj and mention Dayo in your message so it reaches the right desk.
When reporting a pricing or listing issue, including these details gets it resolved far faster: the provider name, the Dayo page address, the price or claim you saw on our site, what the provider's own site showed instead, and the date and time you checked. A screenshot helps enormously.
Company details
Medstack Ltd
Registered in England and Wales
Company number: 16439872
Registered office: Wise House, Unit 2, Eden Way, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4FY, England
The company record is public and linked above deliberately: we ask you to verify the pharmacies we list, so it would be poor form not to be verifiable ourselves.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice
Dayo does not sell medicines, issue prescriptions, dispense, or advise on whether Foundayo is right for you. Please do not send us medical histories or clinical questions: we are not able to answer them, and your prescriber or pharmacist can. For urgent medical concerns contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency. Suspected side effects should go to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
We also cannot chase an order, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or access your account with a pharmacy. Those all sit with the provider you ordered from, because Dayo is never party to the transaction. If a provider is unresponsive, that is worth telling us anyway: repeated reports of that kind are a verification concern.
Our other sites
Same team, same rules, different medicines: Monj for Mounjaro, iGovy for the Wegovy injection and Ogovy for the Wegovy tablet.
