Terms of service
The terms on which you use Dayo. The important parts in one line: we are an independent information and comparison site, we are not a pharmacy or a prescriber, and nothing here is medical advice.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. Who we are
Dayo is operated by Medstack Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16439872, registered office Wise House, Unit 2, Eden Way, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4FY, England. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What Dayo is, and is not
Dayo is an independent information and price comparison website about Foundayo (orforglipron) in the UK. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, prescriber, manufacturer or healthcare provider. We do not sell medicines, dispense, issue prescriptions, conduct consultations, hold stock, take payment for medicines or become party to any transaction between you and a provider.
3. Not medical advice
Everything on Dayo is general information for UK adults, not personal medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it cannot take account of your medical history, other medicines or circumstances. Foundayo is a prescription-only medicine. Always consult your GP, an independent prescriber or a pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any treatment, and read the Patient Information Leaflet supplied with your medicine. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency call 999.
4. Accuracy and availability
We work hard on accuracy, publish our pricing methodology and editorial policy, and correct errors when we find them. Even so, information here is provided without warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Prices, offers, stock and provider terms change frequently and may be out of date by the time you read them. Always confirm the final price and terms on the provider's own website before ordering. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
5. Third-party providers
Listings and links to pharmacies and other third parties are provided for information. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee, medical or otherwise, and passing our verification checks is a transparency standard rather than clinical approval. Any contract you enter is between you and that provider, on their terms, and we are not responsible for their services, products, prescribing decisions, delivery, aftercare or conduct. Disputes should be raised with the provider, though we do want to hear about them.
6. Commercial relationships
Dayo may earn commission when you follow a tracked link and later place an eligible order. This never affects ranking, wording or inclusion: tables sort by price only, no provider can pay for position, and providers that fail verification are removed regardless of commercial consequence. Full disclosure is on our about page.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Dayo for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that burdens our infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or reproduce substantial parts of our content commercially without permission. Our machine-readable reference page sets out how our data may be cited and reused with attribution.
8. Intellectual property
Content on Dayo, including text, layout, design and branding, belongs to Medstack Ltd unless stated otherwise. Foundayo is a trade mark of its owner and is used here only to identify the medicine; Dayo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Eli Lilly. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medstack Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, from your dealings with any third-party provider, or from any inability to access the site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms, corrections or complaints can be sent through our contact page. Suspected side effects or concerns about medicine supply should also be reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
